The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of custodial or industrial cleaning experience, and be able to work in a manufacturing environment while adhering to safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, varying temperatures).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in production and office areas.
• Remove trash and recycling; dispose of waste according to facility procedures.
• Clean machinery exteriors, work surfaces, and equipment.
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Respond to spills or emergency clean-up promptly.
• Support basic housekeeping in production areas to maintain inspection readiness.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks.
