Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America seeks an experienced manufacturing professional to identify and eliminate losses across ongoing operations, building problem-solving capability within the full factory team and reducing waste through data-driven improvements. This role uses digital tracking tools to analyze performance and focuses on packaging and ingredient variances to protect quality.

Position Summary

One of our newest factories, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan®, Purina ONE®, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets®. With a strong focus on sustainability and safety, this facility is committed to doing our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As we expand, we proudly build upon our 90-year legacy of crafting science-based dog and cat foods that pet owners’ trust. Required

• 4+ years of operational experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, military, or related environment

Salary: $74,969.10 to $100,552.00 per year

Bonus Eligibility: Yes

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
