Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years in CI/process improvement or coaching in manufacturing, military, or related environment.
  • High school diploma with 3+ years of CI/process improvement or coaching in manufacturing, military, or related environment.
  • Experience with Power BI or related software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze downtime data and validate production loss categories to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate production floor issues, troubleshoot equipment and process failures, and determine root causes.
  • Implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and process performance.
  • Support operators in real time using production machinery knowledge to stabilize production.
  • Partner with maintenance, engineering, production teams and project leads to guide CI initiatives.

As the Manufacturing Excellence Specialist,you’llbe responsible fortraining, coaching, and assessing teams across functions in our factoryforContinuous Improvement and Six Sigma activities.Dive into our data to help usidentifyopportunities to improve our performance and processeswhileyou lead our teamsinperforming traditional industrial performance and engineering responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

OR

  • High school diploma with 3+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
Other
  • Experience with Power BI or related software preferred.

Salary: $74,969.10 to$100,552.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
