Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Consultant to optimize operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive cost, speed to market, and quality improvements within our Operations practice. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and apply lean manufacturing and digital technologies to client engagements.

As a Manager, you will grow your leadership by guiding others, delivering projects on plan, and upholding PwC's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Proven expertise in Lean and Six Sigma with cost-optimization focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on product development and manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for improvement.
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and enhance operational efficiency.
• Leading teams in the execution of product development and manufacturing projects, confirming timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Utilizing digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance.
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones.
• Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Managing project resources effectively to align with client expectations and business objectives.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to provide guidance and support in operational strategy.
• Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative practices within manufacturing processes.
• Conducting manufacturing cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
