Job summary

Quality Tank Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Estimator to join our manufacturing teams in Wisconsin (Oconomowoc and Marshfield). The Estimator collaborates with Sales to develop accurate estimates, quotes, and technical proposals based on RFQs, drawings, and specifications.

Candidates should have 3+ years in manufacturing estimation, strong math and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and the ability to read blueprints and work with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive

• 3+ years of estimating experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Commitment to accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates and quotes with Sales.
• Review RFQs, drawings, specs to determine scope.
• Prepare estimates based on material, labor, and costs.
• Assist with pricing for customer change orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing to reflect requirements.
