Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs on production and facility equipment in a high‑production environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, complete maintenance work orders, and coordinate with vendors to keep production lines running safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Must read and follow technical manuals and schematics.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Observe machinery in operation and identify causes of trouble.
• Inspect parts for wear and misalignment; troubleshoot equipment.
• Replace defective parts and repair machines to restore operation.
• Test malfunctioning equipment and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Perform lubrication, cleaning, and part replacements.
• Install or repair basic electrical components and test performance.
• Assist in wiring for new machines; ensure proper grounding and wiring.
• Document maintenance requests and PM activities; communicate status to supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve mechanical proficiency.
• Follow all environmental, safety, and health policies.
