Job summary

Staffingine LLC seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in California to lead the assembly technicians and manufacturing engineers (currently 4 technicians, with the supply chain manager). You will own build execution on in‑progress builds, sequencing by part availability and daily floor priorities, escalating stalls as needed.

You will drive labor reductions through process and cycle-time improvements, fixtures and tooling for high‑mix, high‑complexity assembly, and run New Product

Qualifications

• Experience leading the assembly technicians and manufacturing engineers.
• Experience with high-mix, high-complexity assembly.
• Strong focus on process improvements and on-time execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly technicians and manufacturing engineers (currently 4 technicians, with supply chain manager).
• Own build execution on in-progress builds: sequencing by part availability and daily floor priorities.
• Drive labor reductions through process and cycle-time improvements, fixturing, and tooling across high-mix assembly.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from engineering release through pilot and producible builds, with manufacturability feedback.
• Own work instructions, build documentation and manufacturing systems (PLM/BOM) and maintain revision control as designs change.
