The Manufacturing Engineering Manager i is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure manufacturing equipment & tooling supports production & test requirements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; able to perform root cause and corrective action analysis & implementation
Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering and mechanic staff to support strong performance and growth.
Oversee engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
Partner with cross functional teams to meet Delivery, Quality and Cost targets.
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
