Our team in Military Aircraft Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join them. You will report to the Site Manufacturing Engineering Director and have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY. This position will lead a high‑visibility transformation within our machining and support operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a major transition into our Advanced Integrated Manufacturing (AIM) facility shaping the future of how we build, scale, and innovate.
In this role, you will lead a cross‑functional engineering team across machining, tool design, and special processes, while driving both operational performance and long‑term strategic initiatives. You will play a critical role in capital planning, process optimization, and the implementation of automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region‑specific benefits.
