A leading manufacturing firm in San Francisco seeks a Mid-Senior Level Engineer to build and lead an engineering team in enhancing manufacturing operations and automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have over 4 years of experience, particularly with server rack operations. Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with server rack operations.
• Experience leading NPI and test development/automation in production environments.
• Ability to lead engineering teams through design and production validation testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an engineering team for scaling manufacturing operations.
• Create a roadmap for high-volume manufacturing capabilities.
• Partner with automation team for capital equipment and layout selection.
• Guide production through the prototype phase to high-volume capabilities.
• Monitor equipment and production lines using reporting tools.
