Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior individual contributor capacity.
• Experience with complex electromechanical or rotating machinery assembly and production processes.
• Proven ability to lead technical work across a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to technical resource on the manufacturing line.
• Own day-to-day engineering execution on the line.
• Lead process development, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
