• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and operations teams to bring products to market efficiently.
• Contribute to fixture development and assembly line optimization.
• Assist lean manufacturing implementation and ergonomics/safety improvements.
• Support process validation activities.
