Job summary

John Deere is seeking engineering students for the 2027 Manufacturing Engineering Internship Program across multiple US facilities in the Midwest and Southeast. This internship targets college students and supports them in foundational engineering practices within Product, Factory and Weld Engineering.

US visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation domestically may be required to participate and gain hands-on experience across departments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Ag Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous internship, co-op, or project-focused research experience.
• Skill in using computer aided design, engineering tools and/or programming language.

Responsibilities

• Assist in foundational engineering practices within Product, Factory and Weld Engineering.
• Work across multiple US facilities to support engineering projects.
