• Supporting continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency projects.
• Assisting with automation and capital improvement projects.
• Conducting time studies and evaluating production processes.
• Supporting ergonomic and workplace safety improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with equipment and process troubleshooting.
• Supporting plant layout and material handling projects.
• Helping identify production bottlenecks and opportunities to improve capacity.
• Assisting with project planning, scoping, and cost estimates.
• Creating drawings, documentation, and training materials to support engineering projects.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and other team members on assigned projects.
