Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering (New Product Introduction - Medical device preferred).
• Experience in process development, process characterization & process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Designing of test fixtures.
• Develop test methods & Inspection Method and perform validation.
• Understand product design requirements and ability to work independently and in cross-functional, global teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle.
• Ensure design for manufacturability and support tooling/equipment development.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or related); master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering activities for medical device programs.
• Drive process development, characterization, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Design and validate test fixtures and inspection methods.
• Develop and validate test methods and inspection protocols.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to meet product specs.
• Support tooling and equipment development for manufacturability.
• Ensure DFx and lifecycle considerations throughout development.
