Job summary

Intuitive in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a hands-on Manufacturing/Test Engineer to support the dV5 line, focusing on testing processes and real-time onsite technical support. You will work closely with engineering, production and management to resolve issues, improve manufacturability and drive PPQ activities.

You will present data, provide DFM input to development teams, and participate in CAPAs and process improvements. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience executing Production Process Qualifications (PPQ) for manufacturing lines.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, production and management teams.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute PPQ for the manufacturing line.
• Provide real-time onsite technical support for issues as they arise.
• Identify root causes and implement manufacturability improvements.
• Present data and proposals at project team meetings.
• Contribute DFM input to software processes and electrical sub-assemblies.
• Translate factory data into action plans using DPU, yield, CPk, and trends.
• Participate in CAPAs, EDf, MCF, and other improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior colleagues as needed.
