Job summary

GNV Talent Link in West Chester, PA is seeking a highly technical CNC Programmer who can take a part from drawing or CAD model through programming, setup, prove-out, first article approval, and production release.

The role combines programming with hands-on setup, validation, and release to production, bridging design and manufacturing to optimize processes and cycle times. Local candidates only; authorized to work in the US. This is NOT a programming-only role and NOT an engineering-only role.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming, CAD/CAM, setup, first article, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and production.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming and process development: create programs in CAD/CAM, develop machining strategies, optimize cycle times.

• Manufacturing support: assist machinists, respond to changes, and optimize processes on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC programming and process development: create programs in CAD/CAM, develop machining strategies, convert drawings and models into production-ready programs, select tooling and processes, optimize cycle times
• Setup, prove-out, and production release: perform setups, run first articles, prove out new programs, validate dimensions and tolerances, troubleshoot machining issues, release jobs to production
• Manufacturing support: support machinists, support engineering changes, troubleshoot production challenges, improve processes
