Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in manufacturing/technical field required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, metal powder/sintering preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings/schematics and interpret documentation.
• Experience with data collection/analysis tools (Excel, Minitab).
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in developing, implementing, and maintaining processes.
• Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify improvements and support problem-solving.
• Support lean manufacturing principles and CI projects.
• Create and update documentation: work instructions, flow diagrams, SOPs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to train operators on new processes and equipment.
• Participate in NPI activities including prototyping and process validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
