Job summary

Spinor Energy Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to build and own magnet and cable production, driving the world’s highest-rate superconductor magnet fabrication.

You will own end-to-end processes from design through bring-up, validation, and field deployment, coordinating across mechanical, electrical, cryogenic, and automation domains. The role requires leading manufacturing process development, fixture/tooling design, and production cell ownership, with a focus on safe, scalable,

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in manufacturing and test.
• Designing specialized fixtures and tooling.
• Material flow and handling; in-process monitoring and acceptance testing.
• Experience managing technicians to build and verify complex development hardware safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-value manufacturing processes for MagFab, including magnet winding automation, material acceptance tests, and automated assembly stages.
• Design processes and tools to integrate superconductor magnets, and own production build cells: layout, material flow, assembly controls and verification, part sequencing/inventory, and technician management.
