Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in fabricated metal or related manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience developing work instructions and ERP routing in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering for manufacturable product designs.
• Drive continuous improvement for manufacturing efficiency and safety.

Skills

Understanding of industrial fabrication and assembly processes

Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics

Communication and collaboration skills

Troubleshooting production-related issues

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
