• Experience with Kubernetes and TypeScript.
• Ability to evaluate and adopt new tools and frameworks for scalable software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and microservices libraries.
• Monitor system health and alert production environments.
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource use at scale.
• Handle on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Pull Ruby telemetry into dashboards used by Visa leaders.
• Address leadership integration that drops Visa events at midnight.
• Ship Ansible experiments quickly and focus on what sticks.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements.
