Northwood Space is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced antenna systems and RF assemblies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/ aerospace/ industrial engineering field.
• Hands-on experience with hardware manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for complex antenna systems and RF/electromechanical assemblies.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes to ensure repeatability and reliability.
• Translate designs into robust production workflows and drive manufacturability improvements.
• Partner with design teams early to enable design-for-manufacturability and smooth prototype-to-production transition.
• Lead root cause analyses and continuous improvement to increase yield and reduce defects.
