Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar software is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new products and process development.
• Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes.
• Create documentation and train staff on manufacturing processes.
• Lead equipment design sessions and procure necessary tooling.
• Analyze manufacturing flows to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles.
