Job summary

PneuDraulics is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes. The role involves creating and updating manufacturing planning masters from drawings, estimating machining times, and developing efficient production methods.

Aerospace and hydraulics experience are highly preferred. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and five years of machine shop experience; three years in manufacturing planning is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and five years of machine shop experience.
Three years manufacturing planning preferred; aerospace and hydraulics experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of drawings, tolerances, inspection procedures and CNC programming.

Responsibilities

Create manufacturing planning masters from engineering drawings and update revisions.
Estimate machining times and develop/improve manufacturing methods.
Design tooling as needed and confer with engineering on production methods.
Release travelers and ensure compliance with production control requirements.
Identify and implement process and productivity improvements across manufacturing areas.
Evaluate opportunities for automation in manufacturing or testing.
Develop procedures to fulfill manufacturing requirements.
