Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with familiarity in automated equipment, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related field.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Experience with automated equipment and coating/pressing processes.
• Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis or continuous improvement experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance for assigned processes.
• Develop subject matter expertise in annealing, UV coating, pressing, and padding.
• Lead technical troubleshooting of mechanical and process issues.
• Use data-driven decision making to implement permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, R&D, and suppliers.
• Industrialize and improve new and existing processes with focus on process capability.
• Support R&D, trials, and scale-up activities for new products.
• Document and sustain process settings, methods, and procedures.
• Maintain strong floor presence and support teams during critical events.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on safety, quality, uptime, and cost.
• Demonstrate leadership readiness and ownership.
• Perform other duties as needed.
