Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analysis abilities with knowledge of statistical methods, metrology, electrical/electronics, mechanical systems, manufacturing documentation, and process control.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment and travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify new processing equipment; troubleshoot equipment, process, yield, and quality issues; identify and implement improvements to increase throughput, yield, reliability, and product performance.
• Design and execute process experiments, analyze production data, apply DOE/SPC/structured problem-solving methodologies, and develop process controls, specifications, documentation, and SOPs.
• Partner with production teams, engineers, and equipment suppliers; provide technical training and mentorship; communicate findings and recommendations effectively across teams.
