Qualifications
3–7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Extensive experience with process capability studies, FMEA, PPK, GR&R, SPC.
Familiarity with cleaning and sterilization processes.
Responsibilities
Support NPI by troubleshooting issues on the production floor.
Conduct process capability studies and implement improvements.
Create and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
Skills
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Statistical data analysis
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of material science and polymer chemistry
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
