Job summary

Philips Bedford, MA is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for Medical Devices to drive process improvements, validate equipment, and troubleshoot production issues on site in Bedford. This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing environments and hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, Lean/Six Sigma, and data analytics.

You will collaborate across production, quality, maintenance and engineering to enhance yields, cycle times and product quality while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations by troubleshooting processes and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Lead and support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and engineering to improve yields and cycle times.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and validation protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analysis to boost efficiency and reliability.
