Job summary

ATC Drivetrain LLC in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve manufacturing processes for assigned components. You will apply lean methods, design effective operator work instructions, and collaborate with Program Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Plant Management to drive safety, quality, productivity, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and lean transformation.
• Experience implementing FMEA and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve component part manufacturing processes across the plant.
• Develop and implement lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Lead root-cause analysis and preventive actions on manufacturing issues.
• Create and update work instructions, tooling concepts, and inspection methods.
• Collaborate with Program Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Plant Management.
