Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally as a Methods Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement techniques.
• Experience with process mapping, time studies, and work measurement.
• Proficient in using CAD software, manufacturing simulation tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design efficient production processes for manufacturing systems.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce production time, cost, and waste.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams for method integration.
• Conduct time studies and process optimization.
• Identify potential issues or bottlenecks in production.
• Develop new tools, technologies, and equipment for production processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
• Assist in design and layout of production lines.
• Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing efficiency issues.
• Provide training and support for new methods.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
