Job summary

MiTek is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Florida design and production teams. You will contribute to manufacturing specifications, manage budgets, and ensure on-time shipments while coordinating with internal customers.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience; familiarity with automation and procurement processes is a plus. This on-site role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

• Create cost estimates to support for capital equipment requests (CER).

• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis

Physical Demands

This role is primarily performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. As part of the essential functions of this role, the individual will need to access a factory and be exposed to temperature changes. This may will result in being exposed to noise, vibration, chemicals/fumes and navigate around factory machines.
