Responsibilities

• Make moderate improvements to systems and processes to solve problems or increase effectiveness.
• Assist on projects with general supervision and potentially manage small projects or processes.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts to explain processes and procedures.
• Recommend enhancements to systems and processes to meet program targets.
