Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking an Engineering Manufacturing Intern for our Sacramento Office starting Summer 2027, assisting the Manufacturing team with hands-on projects and real-world engineering tasks.

You will collaborate with engineers to develop 3D models, create drawings, and participate in process improvements while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 3D modelling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services and support to solve challenging problems.
• Produce engineering drawings with high quality.
• Participate in process improvement in a team-based environment.
• Help build and maintain a Royal Electric Library of resources and systems.
• Create 3D models to support product completion and documentation.
• Interface with internal teams and suppliers to meet production requirements.
• Comply with safety regulations when in the shop.
• Assist in the quality audit process including planning, executing, reporting results, and follow-up.
• Ensure products are defect-free, produced in a timely manner, and cost-efficient.
