• Troubleshoot basic machine geometry problems.
• Design rugged assembly tooling and floor plans for manufacturing.
• Own projects and drive them to completion.
• Meet aggressive deadlines and work independently.
• Develop manufacturing procedures for existing and new product lines.
• Design manufacturing processes including tooling, work instructions, labor standards, and facility layouts.
• May mentor junior employees within the department.
