Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 4+ years in engineering with NPI, process development or transfer experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for new product introductions and IPF initiatives.
• Develop and optimize processes for postponement, kitting, and rework.
• Lead process verification/validation with protocols, data analysis and documentation.
• Identify value improvements to boost quality, cost, capacity and efficiency.
• Analyze processes to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and others.
