This position is responsible for assisting in the development and application of new processes and equipment for the manufacturing and assembly of our products. Serve as a point of communication between manufacturing departments and all other areas to facilitate, analyze, and offer solutions to manufacturing problems.

Job responsibilities include ongoing process improvement for our custom, standard, and accessory products. This role will interact with design, quality, manufacturing, and contract manufacturers to ensure manufacturability and performance goals are met.
Drive testing and troubleshooting of product to characterize the device.
Optimization of key manufacturing measures. Organize and report on key manufacturing measures.
Participate in solving product and process issues.

Salary and Other Compensation
The target rate for this position is between $78,540 to $104,475/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
