Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience in an advanced high‑mix manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Lean principles/methods including Value Stream Maps and 5S.
Hands-on problem-solver with the ability to multi-task.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
Plan and coordinate engineering projects effectively.
Drive continuous improvement efforts in the plant.
