The Manufacturing Engineer II independently leads manufacturing improvement initiatives, capital projects, and operational excellence programs. This position serves as a technical leader within the organization, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, capacity, cost, and equipment reliability while mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional teams.
