Medial Group in Villalba, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Support role to provide technical and sustaining engineering across a manufacturing area. You will perform process validation, IQ, and computer software validation activities, investigate root causes, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.

The position requires strong technical writing and bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, with 2+ years in manufacturing

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Willing to work 100% On-Site in Villalba.

Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.

Conduct process validation, equipment IQ (Installation Qualification), and computer software validation activities.

Perform investigation and root cause analysis to solve problems or improve operational effectiveness.

Inspect the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions as needed to ensure product quality.

Apply statistical techniques to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes.

Collaborate within cross-functional teams to support and lead moderately complex projects and assignments.

Manage tasks and deliverables according to project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion without impacting operations.

Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, reports, and communication regarding engineering projects and activities.

Participate in and facilitate meetings in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication of technical and project information.
