Qualifications

  • B.S. in engineering or an equivalent technical degree with 1–3 years of engineering experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GD&T and CAD tools is required.

Responsibilities

  • Owning deliverables within new product development and operations transformation projects.
  • Supporting manufacturing processes at vendors across machining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treatment, and surface finishing.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality.
  • Maintain controlled technical documents such as prints, procedures, and rationales.
  • Execute to project plans and schedules for work activities.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
