Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is recruiting for an Associate, Manufacturing Engineer at the Camden, AR site. This role supports production of high-reliability electronic hardware for Tactical Satellite equipment, including SMT solder assembly and environmental testing.

You will establish work instructions, develop procedures, qualify tools, and contribute to NPI and continuous improvement initiatives. As a new graduate, you will work with senior engineers to drive root-cause analyses, implement changes,

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
Experience with soldering or basic electronic manufacturing processes.
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.).
Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt preferred.
Proficiency with statistical software (Minitab, JMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects.
Design, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
Interface with engineering to coordinate the release of new products.
Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
