Mach Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Energetics to support the development, industrialization, and launch of manufacturing systems for solid rocket motors (SRMs), pyrotechnics, and energetic products.
Safety is the first priority in the design and operation of energetic manufacturing systems. You will work closely with EHS, quality, operations, equipment suppliers, and systems integrators to turn new energetic products into repeatable production processes.
This is a hands‑on engineering role. You will help design manufacturing processes, develop tooling and equipment, support factory and production‑line layouts, execute equipment acceptance and commissioning, and solve problems directly on the production floor.
The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, enjoys building physical systems, and wants to develop expertise at the intersection of manufacturing, automation, propulsion, and energetic materials.
