  • Oversee the generation and release of Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) support documentation into consumable packages for downstream internal customers, and maintain the integrity of Dexterity’s Teamcenter PLM system
  • Create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through collaboration with our Engineering teams
  • Publish ECO information and reports to notify all relevant parties of the upcoming and completed changes
  • Continuously update the release and change management processes (and other PLM activities) to ensure tasks are performed efficiently
  • Support, when identified, the configuration of PLM and ERP system integration
  • Provide input and feedback on Obsolescence Management including forecasting, engineering solutions, last time buy management, and coordination with supply chain and field support engineers
  • Contribute to product build documentation, including Operations Methods Sheet (OMS) creation and redlines

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to completion
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross‑functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to multi‑task and switch contexts while managing multiple projects simultaneously
