Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and update router structures reflecting manufacturing steps and costing.
• Prioritize RFQs and router updates for the team.
• Provide work leadership to junior designers and coordinate assignments.
• Create assembly and test procedures from 2-D/3-D drawings.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through fabrication processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with suppliers on design changes affecting yield, cost, and delivery.
• Conduct time studies to optimize layouts and productivity.
• Read and translate drawings and specs.
• Analyze manufacturing issues with Quality to identify root causes and corrective actions.
