Anduril Industries in Ashville, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Connected Warfare, to scale production of critical defense hardware from prototype to full-rate manufacturing. You will own the manufacturing value chain, drive DFM feedback, optimize production lines, and partner with suppliers to ensure quality and capacity.

This role is about much more than just processes; it's about orchestrating the industrialization of a vital product. You will own the entire manufacturing value-chain, from current rate to high-volume deployment. Your responsibilities will span the spectrum: driving Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback into design, innovating tool design and selection, creating and optimizing high-rate production lines, fostering strategic vendor partnerships, embedding robust quality assurance throughout, and meticulously documenting build processes. This role requires candidates to relocate to Costa Mesa for a 3-month training program. Housing, transportation, etc. will be provided during your stay.
US Salary Range $126,000 - $167,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
