Job summary

ARCH Global Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to design and optimize milling part fabrication processes per customer PO requirements. Responsibilities include CNC programming for new products, creating manufacturing processes, and developing operation prints, while coordinating with quality and production teams.

The role emphasizes mentoring, continuous improvement, and tooling/procurement for new technology, with ITAR compliance and a strong emphasis on precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or GED equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in machining.
  • 3+ years' CAM programming experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering related function.
  • ITAR requires U.S. person status: citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Create CNC programs for new products.
  • Develop manufacturing process for new products.
  • Create operation prints as required.
  • Coordinate with quality on inspection methods.
  • Participate in pre-production to ensure items are kit-ready at setup.
  • Mentor other engineers and machinists to improve skills.
  • Lead continuous improvement including Kaizen events.
  • Research, procure, and develop new tooling, work holding, and equipment.
  • Assist with quoting part rates.
