Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline is required.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience is required.
  • Strong CAD modeling, technical drawings, and machine design skills, with SolidWorks preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and CAM software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed part and assembly drawings, BOMs, and documentation from CAD models.
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes and equipment for fabrication, assembly, and installation.
  • Assist with product sourcing and material selection aligned with design requirements.
  • Provide engineering guidance to support production operations and process improvements.
  • Develop testing methods to validate system and product capabilities.
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and standards compliance.
  • Compile and present production and quality data in detailed product reports.
