Job summary

A leading interconnect technology firm in Painesville, Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the optimization and validation of manufacturing processes for cable assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and proven skills in process development. Key responsibilities include product transfer to production, process optimization, and quality assurance. Qualifications

• Proven success in generating novel ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Knowledge of cable termination, heat staking, engraving, and plastics processing equipment preferred.
• Experience in equipment and automation development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth transfer of products from process engineering to production.
• Conduct process optimization for efficiency improvements.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ as the engineering liaison for new equipment.
