Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong work ethic towards aerospace assembly, development, and production. The preferred candidate will showcase proven experience in UAS manufacturing and engineering, a comprehensive understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes, and the capacity to lead cross‑functional teams. What you get to do

You'll play a pivotal role in standing up and leading the commissioning and improvement of a new manufacturing line for UASs. Your responsibilities include:

Defining new processes and ensuring efficient integration of new products.
Coordinating assembly and integration processes, ensuring quality and safety.
Identifying assembly needs for new products and optimizing fixtures and tooling.
Generating production documentation.
Reducing variability in manufacturing with standard work methods.
Liaising with other engineers to improve production and costs.
Leading and supporting technicians and trainee engineers.
Implementing FMEAs and process improvements.
Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

What you bring to the Team

Established track record in UAS manufacturing and engineering.
4‑year degree in Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
Ability to develop detailed work instructions and inspection criteria.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a logical approach.
Experience in training others and leading cross‑functional teams.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Basic knowledge of electronics and proficiency with CAD software and MS Office.
Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Experience with FMEA and lean continuous improvement tools.
