As a Manufacturing Engineer on our team, you will participate in the implementation of new perishable tooling for machine operations, provide cost savings for machine operations, and participate in the implementation of CAM and process component prints. You will also provide hands‑on support for 20 lathes in a fast‑paced environment with demanding tooling requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up Computer Aided Machining (CAM) from the ground up
  • Review consumable use from previous day
  • Make modifications to CNC programs
  • Generation of component prints based on CMM results
  • Daily communication with Operations, quality, and onsite leadership
  • Communicate concerns to upstream process owners
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 8-10 years industrial experience required OR
  • Master’s Degree with 5+ years of experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 12+ years' experience OR
  • No degree with 15+ years' experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Ability to adhere to Manufacturing Safety standards and always making safety a top priority
  • Experience with GD&T
  • CNC Programming experience
  • Insert Geometries and impact on process
  • Insert Post Processes and impact on process
  • CAD/CAM experience
  • M&G code editing experience
